Kyle is the Founder and CEO of Falkon Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on catalyzing technologies that systemically address our biggest global challenges.
Prior to Falkon Ventures, Kyle was a member of the founding team at LifeProof, a California-based consumer electronics company that grew its force from three people to over 300 employees on three continents in three years. LifeProof’s meteoric growth led to its successful acquisition by Otterbox in 2013.
He is also Co-Founder of Citadel Drone Defense (acquired), which is an institutionally funded company with partnerships with groups such as NASA, US Special Operations, and Department of Defense, and he is the Co-founder of RMT, which is a blockchain-based cooperative currency integrating with renewable energy assets with support from the Nobel Sustainability Trust.
He is member of the Founding Patron Council for the Humanity 2.0 Initiative, and a member of Board of Directors for the Laudato Si Challenge Foundation in collaboration with the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development within the Vatican. Kyle served as a sustainable finance coordinator for Pope Francis’ Economy of Francesco that produced economic proposals for the Holy See. He serves on board and advisory positions for organizations such as Singularity University, 1776, Urban-X, The Munday School of Business, Board of Trustees for St. Edward’s University, and Board of Trustees for The Institute for Advanced Catholic Studies at University of Southern California.

He has steered the closing of over $350 million in real estate & construction projects and has helped secure over $75 million in bank financing for small businesses. In addition, he has led multiple M&A transactions from Letter of Intent through Closing & Integration. Matt is a former Adjunct Professor in Financing Entrepreneurial Ventures at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and has contributed to two published books, The Minimum Wage Millionaire by Bill Edgar and Bonds: The Unbeaten Path to Secure Investment Growth by Stan & Hildy Richelson (Bloomberg Press). Matt holds a Master of Business Administration, a Certificate in Advanced Value Investing from Columbia University, and has passed FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities certifications.

Buck is a seasoned business attorney at Hollister Legal Services, PLLC, bringing over two decades of experience in corporate, transactional, tax, and immigration law. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of both domestic and international legal landscapes, providing invaluable insights.
Buck's journey began with his Juris Doctor and Master in Business Administration with a finance focus, earned from Temple University in May 1998, where he received the Dean's Certificate of Excellence in the MBA Program. His dedication to academic excellence continued during his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, where he achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in December 1994, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Marketing, and specializing in International Business. He consistently earned a place on the Dean's List during his tenure.
Certified to practice law in Texas, New York, California, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, Buck has also been a Texas CPA throughout his career. His commitment to professional excellence is evident in his diverse experience, ranging from startup ventures to mature global corporate environments.
Buck's notable achievements include spearheading the setup of legal structures and preparation of a private placement memorandum for a revenue-based financing venture fund, securing a U.S. $10M initial fund commitment. He played a pivotal role in multimillion-dollar private placement transactions for start-ups, facilitating strategic partnerships and distribution agreements.
In litigation matters, Buck obtained a significant U.S. $364K judgment for a client involved in the valuation of ownership interests in an e-learning Internet company. His strategic contributions in restructuring matters resulted in a U.S. Small Business Administration loan guarantee restructuring, relieving the client from a liability of U.S. $421K.
His proficiency extends beyond traditional legal realms. Buck played an instrumental role in helping a creditor achieve a 100% recovery on a U.S. $50M bankruptcy claim related to the Spansion, Inc. chapter 11 bankruptcy matter. Additionally, he actively contributed to the design and successful launch of venture capital structures, enabling strategic investments and critical commercial relationships.

Three decades ago, Jon embarked on his career journey in quality assurance and supply chain within the pharmaceutical industry at Watson Labs. Notably, he spearheaded the development and management of the Complete Cleaning Validation program for two manufacturing plants during this pivotal period.
Jon went on to showcase his leadership acumen by heading the R&D, Robotics, and Automation team at Barr Laboratories for five years. Here, his achievements included excelling as a System Administrator for a Chromatographic Client/Server network and playing a key role in the development of automated solid dosage testing methods.
Jon dedicated the next few years to developing partnerships with medical professionals and implementing compliance standards within the medical community. He took a prominent role in developing and implementing corporate-wide compliance standards across the laboratory and industrial products division, aligning them seamlessly with FDA guidelines. He pioneered a training program for managers, emphasizing essential compliance aspects applicable to product manufacturing in regulated markets. Additionally, Jon played a pivotal role in the transformation of "Compliance Services" into a profit center, contributing to the design of integral service components for both the Laboratory and Industrial divisions.
